COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Pursuant to the Gambling Act 2003 S82(1)(c)(ii),S110(3)(c).
How to make a complaint about Gaming Machines.
You have the right to complain.

You have the right to complain to the manager of any venue with gaming machines

You have the right to complain to the gaming Trust that holds the class 4 venue licence to operate gaming machines located at any venue.

You have the right to complain about the manner in which gaming Trusts distribute funds through grants to the community.

The Oxford Sports Trust Inc. will consider any written complaints. These must be in a clear and logical manner.

Anonymous complaints will not be considered.

The address for the Trust is P O Box 1432, Whangarei.

The outcome of the decision will be advised within 15 working days.

Should you be dissatisfied with the investigation or the action of the Trust to your complaint you may refer the complaint to the Secretary for Internal Affairs.

Should you feel the secretary has not investigated the matter satisfactorily you may complain to the Gambling Commission at P O Box 3310 Shortland Street Post Office Auckland.
